Cooking - Emeril will be proud when he sees how much you learn about cooking in this clas. You'll learn hands on techniques and actually do some cooking on your own (and eating, of course!).

Fishing - One of the more popular track times, this one fills up fast. Bring your own pole or a cane pole will be provided. Learn to bait your book and other great fishing tips, then fish right off the peer on the camp grounds! (Bring sunscreen!)

Crafts - Try your hand at different kinds of craft projects such as stamping, bead projects and many, many more creative things!
